All products sold through the Site are digital products delivered electronically. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Delivery is deemed complete when the product, or a link to download or access it, is made available to you at the email address or account you provide.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for ensuring your device can open standard digital formats (such as PDF or EPUB). If you do not receive your product, contact us and we will re-issue access at no charge.
